Calendar and agenda
Reference for the calendar tools: list_events, create_event, update_event, delete_event, get_agenda and reschedule_day.
Calendar events are the activities of the app: fixed entries such as meetings, workouts and appointments, one-off or weekly. See Calendar activities.
list_events
Read-only. Allowed without asking.
The activities between two dates, including every occurrence of weekly ones, grouped by day. Each line shows the time, title, area, weekly when it repeats, and the event id for update_event and delete_event: 18:00–20:00 Climbing with Tomek · Health · weekly [event 4].

create_event
Changes data.
Adds an activity. The auto-planner keeps focus time around it. Weekly activities repeat on the same weekday.

An activity starts and ends on the same day: The event would run past midnight. Events stay within one day. The end must come after the start.
update_event
Changes data.
Renames an activity, changes its area, or moves it. For a weekly activity, this changes the whole series.

Use only one of start, move_to_date, shift_days and shift_minutes at a time. shift_minutes can't move an activity into another day: That would move the event into another day. Use shift_days or move_to_date for that.
delete_event
Deletes. Agents ask the user first.
Removes an activity. For a weekly activity, this removes every occurrence.

get_agenda
Read-only. Allowed without asking.
A day-by-day plan: activities, the auto-planner's focus blocks, tasks due and planned, and the free focus time left. Agents use it to plan a day or a week.

For each day, the result lists:
- the weekday and date, (today), and day off for days outside the work days;
- Calendar: the activities, with their event ids;
- Focus blocks (auto-planned): such as
09:00–10:30 WRK-31 Prepare slides for Q4 planning, andReview DEV-21 (an agent finished it)for check blocks; - Due and Planned: the tasks;
- Free focus time left: 3h 30m · planned: 2h 45m, on work days from today on.
After the days come the Overdue tasks (when the range includes today), the tasks that Didn't fit into free focus time, and a reminder of how focus blocks are made: open tasks without an agent, with a due date, a planned day or urgent or high priority, most urgent first, inside the work hours. Blocks change when those tasks change.
reschedule_day
Changes data.
Moves one day's plans to another day: open tasks planned for that day, one-off activities at the same times, and optionally deadlines. Weekly activities stay where they are.
